The service was very good, greeted and offered a drink. They were on time. Makeup 10/10. My issue was afterwards with the wig glue that was used and... placed on my hairline. I have natural hair so there’s no relaxer, nor do I commonly wear wigs so there’s no pre-existing chemical history and I do not have psoriasis. The glue burnt my skin and scalp where the wig sat. You can see a clear line of demarcation on my skin and scalp where the glue sat. I asked for a refund (because now I need to treat my scalp with steroids and a scalp therapist ) and was denied and instead offered another install which I am very hesitant about. I really do take a lot of pride and effort into my hair, and to have this happen and not even have the stylist offer remedies. How do you use a product (SHEIN glue) you know nothing about, I won’t lie…I feel very let down hey. Show more

The atmosphere was great.Was my first time doing professional make up and hair.They are very friendly people. The time as per the schedule was extra....Perhaps they should advice client's to add 30 minutes buffer on booked time. My make up looked great until after an hour, i started sweating.It then turned yellow.I am dark skin. My red lipstick smudged it was sticking to my teeth. I feel like as the first timer they should have advice me on what to do to handle the make-up. Eg powder myself or not. Can i wipe my face or not.How to clean myself and so on. Wig installation: The one side was too close to my brows. There were pieces of hair falling out at the dinner table 😆Not strands chunks.It was my big day as i was celebrating my birthday. Well i just gave an honest review but note that this review is based on an inexperienced person.Could be that i don't know what i am talking about.Picture doesn't reflect what you see live.My people also told me same in the morning when i asked for their honest opinion.
