Ek is regtig teleurgesteld met die diens wat ek ontvang het. Ek waardeer die haarstilis se werk, maar die herhaalde, laaste-minuut veranderinge aan my... afsprake (3 keer agtermekaar) is onaanvaarbaar. Kliënte beplan hul dag rondom hierdie besprekings, en konstante herskedulering wys min if geen respek vir ons tyd. Ongelukkig maak dit dit moeilike om die salon te vertrou. Die gebrek aan konsekwentheid is baie frusterend.
