Disappointing Experience I was quite disappointed with my recent visit. The appointment started 45 minutes late, and the nail technician seemed unwill...ing to accommodate my preferred nail art style. I felt judged and pressured to choose a simpler design. Even when the owner was called in to assist with the delay, no improvement was made. While unexpected delays can happen, the overall experience was frustrating due to the lack of flexibility and support. Show more

Not necessarily my new spot but, Wonderful lady, good product and application. I just did not get what I asked for, asked for fine line milky white fr...enchie nails just past the finger tip, ended with completely short short nails and whole nail milky white, skin was filed raw on 3 separate fingers, originally wanted acrylic, ended with gel as it was advised for the short short nails, applied my own UV top coat the next day as the top coat took on anything I touched with some pigment, toes also filed raw on 2 separate toes, and I feel you should know your prices and double check before overcharging by R280 Show more
