Really nice and friendly people. Amazing sunbed and nails are great even the lashes are perfect just had a incident with my face wax and lip mask. The... wax must have been to hot since 5 areas of my face is burned. I have a blister as well on my chin from the wax. My face is having an allergic reaction. The lip mask was nice at the moment but woke up with 2 cold sores which is concerning because I've never had it. Just a bit upset because my face is going to take a while to recover and I did this 3 days before a vacation trip. Wanted to be nice with a 3 star review but after your reply I can't believe you don't even have the decency to apologize and blame the client. First you did burn me or wax of my skin because you used soft wax with wax strips on my entire face. Hard wax is to be used on sensitive areas not soft wax with strips. Second if you pull the strips off all in the same direction it will cause damage since hair in different areas grow different direction. I also doubt I am the first that this has happened to. I am really saddened about your review, I am an Expert in waxing with 16 years of experience working 10 hours a day 6-7 days a week... I will never burn a client I have not done anything wrong and there is no way that I could have caused a blister in Any Way. You said it yourself everyone is ill you must get meds for them. Blisters goes along with flu. Winters skin is dehydrated so it's much easier for any waxing anywhere to pull to much of the dehydrated skin. I did inform you of 1 area I saw and I did give you a Vit A and D ointment Sachet to help heal faster. Anything else or more I could not have done I'm sorry.

Beautiful balayage blending and colour matching by Yo. :) She defi...nitely knows what she's doing when it comes to the balayage colours. Final costing for balayage should be checked upfront as originally discussed costing was almost doubled due to treatments/ services that were not asked for. Pricing for balayage cannot be compared to the other prices on the website. Overall happy with the colour and cut of my hair but the cost of the treatments and other services that could not be broken down in a quote were somewhat disappointing for a first experience at this salon. Treatment did not appear to have any affect on the texture and quality of my hair after the blonde. Thus the cost being close to triple a normal balayage in SA was difficult to justify. Show more
