It is awkward to book service priced R300 and you are told it is R400 at paypoint when soak off is R50. The maths is not adding up. Im hapoy with Magg...y & Lerato's service though I couldn't tip them due to the new price. Can i have feedback why the big price jump? Show more

Hi there please note that you booked for Monday special for R300 just gel paint no soak off ,it does stats on Booksy that you will be charged for extras like you did gel removal plus paint for both hands and feet,our prices never jumped up and we never overcharged any clients for extras that they didn’t do,also we never charged you for French paint which is R220 excluding soak off ,you paid for plain gel col not French plus chrome!we didn’t charge you extra for it!.you can check our prices on the app,This was explained to you in person and also it does say you pay for extras. So you had to pay for soak off!our prices never jumps up ,not even a day,French paint you did is not on special ,that means you were undercharged! Hope we explained better now as we did explain to you not once but twice about the special and prices.You have to pay for soak off ,R150 is just gel paint plain not french paint and also Monday special only . Hope we explained better now.thank you
