Horrible and disrespectful treatment after being a loyal client for 2 years spending thousands of rands every month. Did my nails chipped after 2 days.... Went back got it fixed chipped again. Bare in mind i don't wash dishes and this has never happened in 2 years. Owner has a huge attitude kicks up an argument blaming me for the chipped polish instead of offering a refund or to fix it. Very childish. Staff incompetent. Ever since Ashley left the quality of treatments has gone down . Staff keep quitting and changing. Unhygienic salon and bathroom. Nobody where's gloves for waxing and They only offer certain clients coffee. Refuse to get their wifi sorted so you can work while having treatments done. Just unprofessional behavior Show more

Im not happy with my nails at all i thought they would grow on me but in all honesty they dont look good at all even my cousin who does her nails ther...e is shocked at how they look. The nails are bumpy and uneven, the gel polish is streaky on some parts, the lengths are uneven my left hand nails are longer than my right hand nails and I remember that after Ava cliped she didnt check the length against each nail, the acrylic wasnt filed properly so it makes the gel paint look ugly and clumpy. I have wanted this gel colour so long and to finally get a nail salon that has it and then it turns out like this i am seriously hurt. I looked at the nails Sylvia did on my cousin and they perfect. But mine are just bad I didn’t want to say anything because that day i had them done i thought maybe its me but each day i have to look at these nails i honestly cringe. Wonderful friendly staff. I felt right at home. I personally have high standards, and they were all met. My nails were done properly, no skew nails or... cuticle drowning. All nails were the same length and shape, the nail art was done so well. My facial was so nice and relaxing. My wax treatment was good too, they got all the hairs out, made sure to tweeze out any ingrowns, I felt very comfortable. Lavish Looks clearly have a high standard they hold themselves to and I am so happy to have found this salon. I don't see myself going anywhere else. Show more
