I really don’t know if my response offended you and I’m sorry .The picture shows the tip of the French as the ones losing color. I can’t clearly see the other part hence I asked if you typed a lot. I really didn’t mean to offend you or to be mean, I was trying to understand. The Nele is actually the base, that burning one that we use. It’s not the actual color, and that’s what we always use during preparation. I’m so sad to learn that you were dissatisfied with but I’m also glad that this will help us grow. You are one of my best clients and I’m deeply hurt to learn that I didn’t fully meet your expectations and we have to part in this manner . I’m so sorry about this Jackie.
