Absolutely exceptional. I came with terribly messed up lashes, asking for them to be fixed last minute for an event that I was attending in the Cape. ...Lisa gave it her all to help me, even though it was clear that she preferred to work with sufficient time to deliver quality results. She also went to great length to explain how important it was that I took better care of my lashes to keep them healthy. Despite her concerns, the set she did in a hurry looked very nice and entirely different from what I had before. As I had to travel back to Switzerland, she went out of her way to find me a lash artist committed to quality work. I am so impressed with Lisa's work ethic and service attitude.
