I’m giving a 4/5 for both the facility and treatment. The facility has great ambiance and beautifully set up. It is well located, welcoming and warm, ...with lots of parking. However, I did struggle with the pedicure set up. I found the chair too full of pillows to be comfortable. Actually, all three of us in the salon at the same time had that issue. Being both big and tall, I also couldn’t find a comfortable position for my legs as the pedicure bowl is too close to the chair. The treatment is also a 4/5 because while the first part was amazing, we ran out of time and so my nails toenails weren’t properly trimmed and the gelish application was sloppy. Paint at the corners of my toes and the coating inconsistent. That was a pity because to that point it had been a good experience. Show more
