I had a very very good experience at Brow Boutique. All the staff members are extremely professional and very friendly. They made me feel absolutely c...omfortable and treated me with so much care. I had 3 treatments done, a brow removal, a lip neutralization and lash extensions. Jess was very accommodating in the fact that I had not booked for my lip treatment but she still managed to help me despite being so busy. I was incredibly grateful. I was really very happy with my brows and my lips. I tried to leave another review after my first to say how incredibly happy I was with the boutique and the people as well as my other treatments but booksy didn't let me post a second review at the time. I am not sure why. I was little disappointed with my lashes when I got in my car after my treatments as it looked like the one corner was slightly droopy. I did not realise that 3 stars was such a negative rating. I thought it meant neutral as it is the middle number. Please note that I absolutely loved Macaela and I think she did a great job with my lashes. It just seems like the one corner was not looking happy to me and it could have just been a bit droopy because of many reasons. I also felt a bit of itching and thought maybe the lashes on the droopy were maybe put on too low. I did not blame Macaela or expect anything in return. I was happy to move on and I even booked my next appointments. I didn't know about the review option until I opened the app to book my future appointments and thought that may posting my comment would remind Macaela and me of what to look out for on the next visit. I honestly didn't know what the rating scale of 3 meant. I really thought it was a neutral rating. I of course had a great experience at Brow Boutique and I have already recommended you to many of my friends and family members. I cannot wait for my next visit. Have a wonderful evening🌷 Show more
