**BROW COVER UP (FOR BROWS DONE ELSEWHERE)** This service is designed for clients who have previously had brow tattooing performed by another artist and are seeking correction, coverage, or improvement. Cover-ups require a more advanced approach due to existing pigment, colour saturation, uneven fading, or shape issues. During this appointment, the existing work is carefully assessed, and a customised correction plan is applied. This may include neutralising unwanted tones, reshaping where possible, and layering pigment to achieve a more balanced, softened result. Please note that cover-up work has limitations. Very dark, saturated, uneven, or incorrectly placed pigment may not be fully concealed in a single session and may require multiple sessions or prior removal. In some cases, complete coverage may not be achievable without removal first. **Prior consultation and clear photos are required before booking.** Booking this service without approval may result in the appointment being rescheduled or changed. **Treatment time:** 3 hours

Dark Lip Neutralization is a specialized treatment series for those with cool or dark lips in which we neutralize the darkness in the lips to reach a desired color. We look at your lips and neutralize them by cancelling out the original color. Each session is spread out at least 6 weeks apart. It may take 1-3 sessions to achieve your look, and there are special cases in which additional sessions are needed. Typically, we will do dark lip neutralization in those who are Fitzpatrick Scale 3 and up.

At the conclusion of your appointment, we did check in with you and you had advised that you were happy with the outcome at the time. During your treatment, it was also discussed that a Keratin Lash Lift & Tint provides a softer, more natural enhancement, particularly on finer or sparser natural lashes and may not create the fuller effect associated with lash extensions.
Your daughter had also visited the studio the day prior for her lashes and was very happy with her results, so we were genuinely surprised to read your review afterwards.
We’re disappointed that you did not contact us directly following your appointment, as we would have gladly invited you back for an assessment and discussed possible solutions or alternative treatments better suited to the result you were hoping to achieve.
