This whole experience was nothing like the first time I went to Polished by Navi. I have recommended so many people to go to this establishment just t...o be shocked by my latest visit on Saturday the 16th of August. Hygiene is concern number 1 - when having my eyebrows waxed and tinted there was a towel kept on the bed and a pillow which was dirty. It seems as if these are not replaced with each client that has a service done. Problem number 2 is the staff - I highlighted to the nail tech that she was filing my nails skew which she attempted to fix but has remained skew. When she applied the product to nail I noticed that the product was thick. As I mentioned this, she very rudely said “I will file it!”. This wasn’t even the worst. As I was sitting there I could hear her and the other technician talking to each other in another language. I could pick up a few words, they were mocking me for being so particular about nails but this is fair as I am paying money for them to be done. When I first arrived, I showed the nail tech the design I wanted and she advised that she could do it. As we were nearing the part where she would start applying the colour and doing the design, she said to me we’re only doing 2 nails designs. I corrected her and said it’s 4 nails, she proceeded to tell me that she has another client coming and cannot do 4 nails designs. I then said to her but she was able to do it in the begging, but now she can’t, I was confused and even said but I’m your client. She replied and brushed off my dissatisfaction by saying I have another client and you didn’t book nail art. Lastly, the thumb nails had to be redone 3 times as the lamps used were not strong enough to cure the top coat. And with that being said there is a patch on my nail that has no top coat. The false tip is also not glued to my nail properly, so there is a gap where water will run under and the nails will be become weak. I am no longer recommending this establishment to any one, I am so horrified by my experience. Show more
