I walked in sceptical and a little nervous - because honestly, going to a new salon always feels like a gamble. But baby… my expectations were not jus...t met, they were exceeded!! The space is aesthetically beautiful, the service is professional, and the energy is calm and reassuring. Grace did my hair, and she was an absolute gem - attentive to hair tension, gentle throughout, and just genuinely lovely to talk to. You can tell she cares 🌸 Also, can we talk about time? The timeframe they give is the timeframe they actually keep - no drama, no endless waiting. Safe to say: I’ll be coming back. Again. And again. And again!!!💫

*5/5 Stars - Amazing Experience!* I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! The stylist, Grace, did an incredible job with my braids. She was so gen...tle and made me feel at ease the entire time. Not once did I feel any pain - it was truly a pain-free experience. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. The staff were all friendly and made me feel right at home. Every detail was taken care of, from the complimentary water to the lovely conversation. I love my new hairstyle! It's exactly what I wanted, and I couldn't be happier. It's definitely worth every cent - I'll be back for sure!

The salon is located quite close to the city and higway it was easy finding it. There is safe off street parking and a bootleggers right next door. Gr...ace was lovely, took my braids out in no time. I also booked a wash and blowout. Just take note the blowout is a prebraiding blowdry and not a "salon sleek blowout" I was expecting. This is my fault I should have asked before my booking. I would have opted to have a wash, treatment and then leave curly and just diffuse my roots. Looking forward to making a booking for boho passion twists in the future.

I couldn’t have picked a better place to get my hair done in Capetown. Everyone in the salon was super friendly and helpful especially the receptionis...t who communicated with me every step of the way even before my arrival to capetown. Calvin was great with the videos and helped my braider Nyasha and was the perfect team. Nyasha was so sweet and was gentle on my head from the blow dry to the braiding. I loved the salon and how quiet this part of town was. The place was well put together, clean and my braids were fire!! Everyone in the states is raving over my French curls and I’ll definitely be back.

Long story short…My curls started falling off the same day and they only responded to me twice and my messages stopped going through after their last ...response. They gave an excuse in the first response and then shifted the blame to me in their second response. I sent additional pictures as evidence the next day but the messages only had one tick. Update: The last picture shows the amount of curls that fell out in one week.

Emmaculate was such a lovely girl. And Calvin interceded speedily when things were not going right. Despite all of this, I had to be very vocal about ...the way my hair was looking (terrible as compared to the original advertisement on Instagram). All of my efforts did not help and unfortunately I have spent R1200 on the most ugly hairstyle I have ever experienced. I have only had the braids in for 2 days and I want to take it out because it looks like I’ve had it for atleast 5 months. I look bald headed and I honestly believe that the stylist who was attending me was not experienced in braiding this hairstyle. I think that the establishment should be more honest in regards to their stylists capabilities as well as their ability to deliver on what they have advertised. Biggest waste of money and time. Only thing that is saving this is my face card. I’m incredibly disappointed and will not continue to spend my hard-earned money on bad quality hairstyles. Loved quorae but hhayi ke ya’ll stole my money and straight up lied saying that it’s giving. It’s giving what?
