I was excited to get my hair coils however to my disappointment it didn’t work out. The second picture is from the first day and I think the wax used ...created dandruff look-a-like which didn’t look good especially in front. The last picture was my day 3 , I was told the coils would settle in by week two however my hair looking like that already I had to wash it out. Show more

My appointment took 5 hours. My hair was plaited so tightly I am currently a week or so post having this sew in done, suffering from a sore scalp, ti...ghtness and itchiness. I know they asked me if it’s too tight and bearable, and at the time I thought it would get looser, so I said I was fine, but I’m at the point whereby it is so uncomfortable I want to take this out. The saving grace is that the actual cut of my sew is good. Show more

A zero rating. The experience was appalling for a first time experience. My booking was confirmed for 08:30am and I even got a reminder but no one sho...wed up. Left at 09:00am and no staff member was there. Really disappointed to say the least. They’ve recently put up a notice and new policy that they will be implementing a deposit fee to avoid no shows however, they are the ones not showing up for their clients. Sounds like a scam. Really disappointed to say the least. There was no communication whatsoever about the staff members not showing up. Both the manager and the owner’s phones were off and went straight to voicemail. Zero professionalism and a huge inconvenience. Show more
