Hi Thandeka, thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and last minute cancellation. Unfortunately, your stylist fell ill and requested time off. On the day she was supposed to return to work she told us the night before that she need more time to heal. We did our best to inform clients as soon as possible and issue refunds promptly. We truly regret the frustration this caused and understand how disappointing it must have been.

Patricia and Juju were exceptional as always. However, the salon is heavily understaffed. I spent about 4 hours waiting due to double bookings and the...re only being two stylists. Whilst I appreciate the quality of my sew-in, I think more hands would help. Show more

My first and last experience in your salon. I honestly had big expectations but did not expect to spend 6hrs at the salon for a sewin. Mind you I cam...e with my hair out, ready for a wash. I had to repeatedly tell one of the stylist that the closure is moving back and she needed to sew/secure it properly. The other was blow drying my natural hair with a small tooth comb. Eventually 6hours later I was done. This was definitely not worth 6hours particularly on a work day!! As a consequence of these delays I had to cancel client meetings. I appreciate the 10% discount but it’s time I won’t get back. Show more

The space is clean and tidy, the stuff are really friend and professional. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because my appointment started 40 ...mins late which meant my stay was longer than it should have been. The service is too slow. There’s one stylist but the website says 3. The poor stylist is running around . I had a 14:00 appointment and by 18:30 I sti...ll had to be sewn in . There’s no bottled water. Ai it’s not worth it. Big ups to Phina the stylist though. Hands of gold. Show more
