Service and results were great. I felt very blindsided by the cost. I booked thinking I had medium-length hair, only to be corrected at the pay point.... My preference would have been to be notified of the difference beforehand so I could decide whether to proceed with the appointment. You can't really argue with a service-provider who is a specialist, so I bit my tongue and paid. Show more
