i’m sorry that i am a human and i got sick, we called you immediately and said we would arrange a new appointment, that was just now, earlier. And you feel that warrants a bad rating? We communicated to you that i am unwell. How is that difficult ? I am currently at home, so when i am back in the salon we would have contacted you to reschedule. There is no need to rate a business bad for cancelling an appointment due to health. I pride myself on always showing up, i hardly EVER fall ill. i’m in my salon everyday. patience and compassion goes a long way. Unfortunately i don’t think i am the salon for you if you can not understand this. Have a nice day.
