Hi Ranel , im sorry for your inconvenience but you had scheduled your appointment for September 11th @15:00 and all your contact details were put into the Booksy app , the app reminds you 24 hours before your appointment via email and SMS. On the day of your appointment you failed to arrive as per my policy that you agreed to , you were charged a fee for missing the appointment. The Boosky app has never failed once to remind a customer about their appointment and has worked perfectly for all my appointments. I do apologise again but if you would like to reschedule please book an appointment via the app and I’ll make sure to assist you.
