The Nail Lounge. *Important Notice to Valued Nail Clients* To ensure we provide the best service possible and respect your time, please take note of the following: Appointment Policies 1. *Punctuality*: Please arrive on time. If you're 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate nail art or provide service. 2. *Cancellation Policy*: A 50% cancellation fee applies if you don't cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. 3. *Booking*: Use the Booksy app to book your appointments. Specify the services you need, including nail art, soak off, fill, or tips fill. 4. After hours: For weekdays : if you book a treatment or treatments, with a timeframe over 5 PM, it is seen as a after hour. You will be charged a after hour fee of R150 extra. For Saturdays if you book a treatment in a timeframe over 1 PM, you will be charged a after hour fee of R150. For extravagant nails or tips, you will be charged R250 extra for a after hour. Please keep in mind with after hours, we need to make arrangements for our kids, and household needs. 5. Service Requirements 1. *Nail Preparation*: please book your soak off or fills before your appointment if you want a fill or soak off. We don't fill on full tips, lifted nails, or nails with over 2 weeks of regrowth. 2. *Hygiene*: Wash your hands thoroughly before your appointment. Avoid lotion, oils, and Vaseline on your hands and feet. 3. *During Service*: Keep your hands close to us, avoid touching your face, hair, or clothes, and minimize phone use. Quality and Communication 1. *Feedback*: Please speak up if you're unhappy with anything during your service. We want to ensure you're satisfied. 2. *Repairs*: A fee of R20 per finger applies for repairs after one week of your appointment. Additional Reminders 1. *Bathroom Breaks*: Use the bathroom before your appointment, as washing hands with wet gel on nails may not be possible. 2. *Communication*: If you have any concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. 3. Children : when bringing a child to the salon, for safety reasons, and damages to salon property, you will be held liable. Please make necessary arrangements for your child/children, like a babysitter or someone that can come along to keep an eye. Thank you for understanding and cooperation.
