Spendarella Hair & Nails

We are a 5-star hair & nail salon. Our staff are friendly, humble, helpful and no matter how difficult the customer polite to a fault. This customer left this vindictive review a month after her treatment - which she plainly states in her own words was lovely. She might have left a 4-star review due to feeling bothered, that I could understand. I was doing minor renovations in the salon on the day and the staff reported that Gwyneth was the only customer who refused to have her appointment moved to another day, so she was accomodated as per her demand. We have 10 windows plus a double door which were all open to allow for pleasant airflow for any dust as well as the workers comfort, as well as the sound from the tools not to echo. Since I was present in person the whole day I can report that there was even a nice breeze blowing through the salon on the day. After the customer mentioned her dissatisfaction that the aircon was off, Spendarella (my pet name for my wife) herself gave the customer a complimentary bottle of perfume to appease her mentioned discomfort, which she gladly accepted with a smile. To only now a month later leave a vindictive review; since she is part of a coven we have uncovered out to do damage to our brand reputation. This customer as well as her coven sisters are slowly but surely being found out and will not be accomodated with treatments in present or future. - Talon Bezuidenhout, Founder : SPENDARELLA™
