Was my first time there and I really enjoyed it. Went for dermaplaning and hydro jelly mask and I walked out of there glowing. My therapist was lovely.... Unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she explained everything she did to me before doing it which I really appreciated. I will definitely be coming back on a monthly basis for the dermaplaning and will experiment some of their other treatments.

I recently visited Luxoria Aesthetics Rivonia with a friend for their 3-hour all-inclusive-for-two Tuesday special. Overall, we had a pleasant experie...nce, but there are a few areas that could definitely be improved. When we arrived, we weren’t offered any refreshments, which felt like a missed opportunity to create a welcoming first impression. We only received water later on when we went to the sauna, about halfway through our visit. Another thing to note is that slippers weren’t provided, so I’d recommend bringing your own flip-flops to move comfortably between rooms. During our massages, the room was a bit chilly. It wasn’t unbearable, but on colder days it would make a big difference if they had better heating or provided something extra for warmth. Cleanliness is an area that needs attention. In the massage room, my friend noticed a nail clipping on the floor, which was quite off-putting. Similarly, in the sauna, there were spider webs in the corners along with a spider, suggesting that the space could use more regular upkeep. That said, the service itself was good. The staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, which made the experience worthwhile. With a few improvements in cleanliness, comfort, and small touches like refreshments, this could easily become a top-tier spa experience.
