What a disappointment. We booked the weekend massage offer of R600 per couple and it was so below the industry standard. To summarise our experience: ...- They kept us waiting at reception 15 minutes past our start time without any explanation. - The room smelled like paint and there was stains on the walls. - The towels on the beds were damp and smelled like oil. We asked them to replace the towels, but the new towels were no different. - The 60 min Swedish massage cannot be classified as a massage since they only rubbed oil all over our backs, legs and arms, followed by the same up and down movement with their hands. No pressure what so ever. Just rubbing. I don’t think the staff is trained at all. - The foot massage was a joke since they just rubbed in one place leaving our feet numb. - Lastly the service was just terrible. It truly looked like they didn’t want us there and even when leaving, reception wouldn’t even look up from her phone to greet us. She just lifted the card machine for payment. Truly disappointed in our experience here and won’t be returning. Felt more stress after the treatment than beforeq. Show more

Booked an appointment for 2 days ago and it was cancelled due to no staff on site. Booked another appointment for today and the service wasn’t great a...t all. The therapist had the wrong appointment time it was scheduled for 15:10-16:20. The massage only lasted 35- 40 minutes - it started at 15:27 and it was over by 16:03. The therapist also did not wear a mask and had a cold with a severe cough, coughing throughout the treatment. The other therapist didn’t apply any pressure even after requesting for pressure to be harder on numerous occasions. A really unpleasant experience for a recurring customer that has always highly recommended the service. The standard has definitely fallen extremely low due to staff, not for any other reason as the facility is really pleasant. Show more

The atmosphere and massage experience itself were incredible, but as a person who works in a people industry as well, I suggest more research and trai...ning be done on customer service. A few suggestions would be a welcome drink something as simple as a rooibos tea or bottled water. Another thing would be introductions and welcoming before the massage commences. I think it's just small customer related things that would take the experience even further, but either than that it was a good experience over all. Show more

The massage was perfect. In this specific package it states you get a hand or foot massage. Which we never received. Or was it part of the full body m...assage, also the thing I have to complain about is the towels they were way too oily when we got into the massage rooms. Please fix this issue. Show more
