Booked a Gel Toe Soak Off (30mins) amd Medi Heel No Polish Pedicure Treatment (1 hour) -- but everything was done in 1 hour. Gel toes were buffed off,... there was no "soak off", and nails feel very thin and damaged. -- I feel short changed with my experience.

We’d just like to gently clarify that the Gel Toe Soak Off service includes safe professional removal, which may be done by careful buffing or soak-off methods depending on the product type and what is healthiest for the natural nail. In your case, the gel was safely removed using the most suitable method. As a gesture of fairness, we also did not charge the full soak-off price and discounted the removal accordingly, based on the method used. Your Medi-Heel treatment was completed within the booked treatment time, as both services can comfortably be performed together when done efficiently. We truly value your feedback and always aim to provide the best care while protecting the natural nail.
