The only positive part of my experience was Elsa, who stepped in and assisted me with professionalism — thank you to her. Unfortunately, everything e...lse was unacceptable. I was told the salon could do invisible locs, but when I arrived, there was no stylist prepared, no hairpiece, and little knowledge of the style. I ended up waiting over 2.5 hours before my hair was even started, and during that time multiple stylists were watching tutorials on how to do the hairstyle and taking turns attempting it. Not once did anyone communicate with me or offer an apology. It is highly unprofessional and misleading to advertise a service that staff are not trained to perform. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. Show more
