The only positive part of my experience was Elsa, who stepped in and assisted me with professionalism — thank you to her. Unfortunately, everything e...lse was unacceptable. I was told the salon could do invisible locs, but when I arrived, there was no stylist prepared, no hairpiece, and little knowledge of the style. I ended up waiting over 2.5 hours before my hair was even started, and during that time multiple stylists were watching tutorials on how to do the hairstyle and taking turns attempting it. Not once did anyone communicate with me or offer an apology. It is highly unprofessional and misleading to advertise a service that staff are not trained to perform. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. Show more

Acrylic Nails Soak off

The lady is so rough with the cuticles, she files them so hard to a bleeding and wound point. She got mad when I asked her to be gentle. She seems to ...use lots of glue because by the time you leave there’ll be glue all over your fingers, never mind the nail polish on cuticles. Given the messy job, she needs to give us water to wash our hands after her service. Further, she needs to clean the nails afterwards and remove excess glue and nail polish. Furthermore, she needs to be nice to customers and apologise when she is wrong. A customer before me didn’t book a soak off, hence her appointment overlapped into mine and there was no apology regardless of the inconvenience! So unhappy! Show more
