Describe my experience… after 7 years, being 6-7min delayed due to morning traffic; I was met with aggression and false accusations (after having a wa...sh) of being 15min late, please you can’t count your wash time as me being later. You can’t just multiply my delayed time by 250%. I will not stand for being lied to. Check his WhatsApp for proof of when I parked and then RAN in. Try not to disrespect your customers, especially the long standing and loyal ones. Further more my hair cut was not completed. Being in the service industry, I understand that people get late with life. I also understand that as a customer I don’t expect you to go into your next customers time and,I understand and respect that I would have less time in MY appointment.
