I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the experience I had at your salon on 18 October, following a booking I made well in advance on 11 Septe...mber for makeup and wig installation at 9:30 a.m. I arrived on time, only to be informed on the spot that the makeup artist was unavailable. This is completely unacceptable. There was no prior communication, no backup plan in place, and no sense of accountability for the inconvenience caused. I had deliberately booked both services at your salon to ensure a seamless, convenient experience — not to spend the morning scrambling for alternatives. To make matters worse, I had a studio photoshoot booked and paid for immediately after my appointment. Because of your team’s lack of organization, my entire schedule fell apart. The “solution” offered was to send me to another makeup artist who already had a client and could only assist me much later — at an additional R500 cost to me. I had to drive to her myself, completely disrupting my day and defeating the purpose of booking both services under one roof. As a direct result of your poor planning and communication, my two-hour photoshoot was reduced to just 30 minutes, yet I still had to pay full price to the studio and photographer. The stress, financial loss, and frustration were entirely avoidable if your team had handled things professionally. Adding to the disappointment, there was no genuine apology, no compensation, and not even the courtesy of basic refreshments that are supposed to be part of your service experience. Instead, I was brushed off with a simple “sorry,” as if that makes up for the time, money, and experience I lost. This situation is completely unprofessional and reflects poorly on a brand that positions itself as a premium beauty service. If you’re an an influencer don’t evenbother to book this place . You will not get the same treatment although you’ll be paying the same price . Show more
