Terrible,shocking to say the least!.my lashes and nails were not properly done. On the 14th of November,asked for a rework appointment-got confirmatio...n for Saturday the 15th at 12:30 which was later moved to 14:00 to which I couldn’t commit to and responded that we should rather move it to Sunday the 16th-I texted in the morning that running 15 minute late,was told that there is no slot I should come on Monday,I asked for confirmation on Monday and later called,to my suprise the lady waw screaming at me to say I am the one who kept on changing time slots and said a lot of unprofessional things to me whist all I wanted was confirmation for Monday .I had to confront her and ask for a refund.what a terrible experience!
