Julia did a great job - thank you. There was another lady helping who wasnt so gentle and when I tried to explain she just argued. I have said this ...before and will say it again - longer locs take longer to pull through with the crochet needle and if you pull too hard you end up pulling the hair at the roots, and it's painful. It also breaks the hair. I think all your loctitians should know this. I always specifically ask for Martha because she understood this and doesn't pull my hair but she is not always available. But I shouldn't have to even explain this everytime I come - they should know that if locs are 30cm long you have to be more careful not to tug the hair. Maybe for retis you should only book us with people we are comfortable with. Show more
