We visited the salon for my daughter’s first nail appointment, and while the nails themselves were done nicely, the overall experience could have been... more welcoming. There wasn’t much of a greeting when we arrived, and the salon felt a little untidy. As a first-time customer, it would have been helpful if the nail technician had explained the process more clearly, as this would have made the experience feel more comfortable and enjoyable. With a warmer welcome, clearer communication, and a bit more attention to the salon environment, this could be a much nicer experience for first-time clients. Show more
