We sincerely apologize for experience you had in our salon.
The stylist has informed us that she was in the process of fixing your hair from previous box colours done at home to get you to your desired shade of blonde. It was also mentioned that because of previous colours done that this process will take at least 3 sits in's with her as she did not want to compromise the integrity of your hair. The olaplex treatment was mentioned but unfortunately there must've been miss comunication with regards to the extra costs involved which we are willing to refund you for. Whats app messages was sent to which the stylist replied that she is willing to redo the service for you and was willing to work after hours to get your hair to your satisfaction. These message were not replied to as well. We pride ourselves on keeping all clients happy at all times, having said this if you are willing to come in for a treatment to the value of the extra charge of the olaplex charged for please let us know and we'll be happy to do this for you. Alternatively, as mentioned we will gladly refund you the R350 extra charge.
