So disappointed, I’ve been coming here for a year now but after today never again She didn’t listen to what I asked for . Nails were way too big for ...my hands after I told her to make them skinny . Nails were way too thick . They tried to fix it but it was beyond fixing and they did so in a hurry cause they over booked . There was a fluff or hair in my nail and it was left there . Hi Elmarie Hope you are doing well. I did enquire therapist about more information regarding your treatment , the treatment that you did was a pedicure with Paint which is a 45min treatment , so she informed me that full treatment was received. I think the misunderstanding could be that you thought it was the same timing as a Pedicure with gel which is then a 60min treatment due to gel taking longer to prep and apply.
