The lady did a great job but I'm giving 3 stars because I would have finished sooner if the other stylists weren't too busy doing their own hair inste...ad of helping her. Worse was when they wanted to go to Food Lovers but the owner arrived as they were about to leave. Nobody has time to sit at the salon the whole day. I arrived there at 10 and left after 3. Show more

In future please book for the same time so that they can provide both services at the same time . Very professional and child friendly. The only salon I've ever been to where kids happily get their hair done with no tears. Just make sure you book i...n time. Day before schools open is very busy so try to book a day earlier latest. Only 2 complaints: 1. They are not flexible with hairstyles and pricing. You either do exactly what they advertise or you end up paying twice the cost of something (own custom style) that is even simpler and took even less time. This is also why everyone ends up with the same few hairstyles on offer. The owner needs to look into this and encourage creativity at competitive prices. 2. The spray nozzle for the Detangling Spray does not work at all. Product is too thick and too oily for the thin nozzle spray even after shaking. I bought two bottles previously and I had to open the lid and pour product in my hands and try to work it into my hair but its also too watery on the hands. It's just wasteful as a lot of it drips. Morning. I was very disappointed with the service yesterday. I booked my 2 girls yesterday 1st September 2 for knotless braids for 9am to 12 but the ...dad left the girls while they were doing their hair so the girls complained that they took so long to do their hair coz they will leave them ( hairstylist doing their braids) for a very long time then go attend to someone else so the time showed on the appointment ended up being from 9am till 3pm instead of 12. So I thought that was very unprofessional, if the salon was unable to accommodate the time slot requested, why except the appointment and we must also keep in mind that these are kids, don't think it's fair to accommodate someone else during their time slot which was excepted.
