I went on a Monday (so it was very quiet) for a wash, trim and cornrows. The staff was welcoming upon arrival. My hair was done by Lerato and the only... negative I have is that she didn’t detangle my hair before and during the wash so it was quite tangled post-wash. However, she seemed to manage well with that (probably has her own different technique). I love my cornrows- they’re very neat and pain-free, and as someone with a very sensitive scalp this is a big positive for me. It was my first time going there and I’ll probably try it out again for their treatment and braids. Show more

Patricia is great, 5 stars. This is my 2nd visit to the salon. It’s the lady who washed my hair that I am not impressed by. She did not detangle my ...hair before washing. And she doesn’t explain what products she’s applying on my hair. The process needs to be uniform at all times. If Patricia could explain every thing she was doing to my hair and detangle it properly, why couldn’t this lady do the same? The washing basins need to be repaired, it causes a delay. 1 basin is not operational. And the 2nd basin does not have hot water. Going to a salon and using a jug and bucket to wash my hair? Doesn’t feel like a pampering session at all. Show more

We understand how frustrating it can be and unfortunately we use a gas gyser and not electricity which means we are heavily reliant on water pressure for both sinks to work optimally . We have installed a pump to help regulate the pressure and appreciate the feedback and support

I am so disappointed 1st time ever getting this disheartening service from since I started our journey in this salon. My daughter was dropped off for ...her appointment so when she got home she told me how sisi that was doing her hair was pulling her hair with long nails and she cried then sisi told her she will live her if she continues to cry and she was rude to her. That made me very uncomfortable because the hairstylists that had done her hair before had always been nice and so I wondered if they are only nice when the parent is present. I thought that was it until she could not sleep later on and when I checked her heard she was swollen you can see how the hair was just pulled from the three lines I had to unplate her, I cant imagine the unbearable pain that she went through at the same time the person doing her hair being rude towards her simple because she cant speak out. At that I ended up paying r600 because I got a call that her hair was too dry, which I didnt understand because in Jan she had done the treatment but I didn't question that because I always wanna make things easy for both my daughter and the person that does her hair.
