I was lucky enough to have a free treatment and blow wave with Nomsa. She was lovely and her head massage and blow wave was great. It did take longer ...than usual for the blow wave but that’s ok. The atmosphere in the salon could have done with some music so the silence wasn’t awkward. I think the salon has a lot of potential with some small changes. For example, if a hairdresser doesn’t have any clients, they could rather be sitting in an office or reception, instead of in the salon watching videos on social media (again, some background music might have helped). Also, I’m 36 weeks pregnant, so lying flat on my back for the wash and treatment, wasn’t the most comfortable. Maybe having a separate basin for people who can’t lie flat on their backs would be a nice option. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Nomsa, grateful for the free treatment, but not sure if I would visit again. Thank you!
