Dear Apolline, thank you for your feedback 💖. We are truly sorry for the discomfort you’ve experienced. The swelling you describe is most likely an allergic reaction to the glue — in such cases, we always recommend removing the extensions as soon as possible to avoid worsening symptoms. Please rest assured that our team always disinfects their hands and tools before starting, but since your eyes were closed during the procedure, you wouldn’t be able to see this process. During lash infills we also clean the lashes once the eye is already protected with a patch. Every master has their own working technique, but all our products are single-use or fully sterilized, and hygiene is one of our top priorities. We’d love to assist you with safe removal of the extensions and ensure you feel better as quickly as possible. Please contact us so we can help 💕.

Hello Megan, Thank you for your review. However, we feel it’s important to clarify several key points regarding your visit. You booked a basic service — hair wash and blow-dry, priced at €15 and scheduled for 20 minutes. During your visit, you began demanding a full styling with waves, which in our salon involves a complete wash, full blow-dry, and curling with a curling iron. This service takes a minimum of 45 minutes and starts from €45. Even though this was not the service you selected, we went out of our way to accommodate you. Our stylist not only washed and dried your hair, but also created a soft wave using the Dyson styler — all within the limited time and at no extra charge. Unfortunately, your response was not only disrespectful, but also aggressive. Together with two other women who accompanied you, you began shouting, insulting our staff, and created a disruptive scene inside the salon. You then left the salon without paying for the service, which is completely unacceptable. We also want to highlight that this occurred on a Sunday, when most salons in the city are closed. We were open by pre-booked appointments only, and we made an exception to welcome you — only to receive hostility in return. We deeply value our clients, but we will always stand by our team and defend them from abusive and unfair behavior. We welcome honest feedback, but we also ask that guests show respect, transparency, and pay for the services they receive.
