I had my eyebrow shading appointment, and I am beyond impressed 🤩🤩 The clinic is modern, spacious, and very professional, and she herself is incredi...bly kind, detail-oriented, and easy to communicate with - she speaks perfect English, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. I naturally have very light brows, so I was worried the pigment might come out too dark or not match the undertone of my natural hair and brows. She has a wide range of pigments and matched everything flawlessly. The result looks soft, balanced, and exactly how I imagined. What truly makes her stand out is her professionalism and focus on client safety. She didn’t just hand me the usual consent forms - she also performed an allergy test with a sticker containing 6 components to check for reactions to lidocaine and pigments. I’ve had brow shading done before, and I have never seen anyone take this extra step. Even though I told her I wasn’t allergic, she still insisted on confirming it, which shows she values client safety far more than quick money or rushing the process. Her prices are incredibly fair for the level of quality, care, and professionalism she provides - especially for work that easily matches (and even exceeds) clinics that charge more. The procedure wasn’t painful at all, even without using numbing cream. Everything felt clean, calm, and extremely well-structured from start to finish. I absolutely love my new brows, and I want to thank her sincerely - she has definitely gained a new loyal client 🤗💛🫶 I highly recommend her to anyone looking for safe, high-quality, and beautifully executed permanent makeup.
