I am a regular client and consider this barbershop one of the best in Marbella. My barber, Sahara, had left, and today I ended up with Shakur. Before ...the haircut, I showed him photo examples of how I wanted my hair and beard to look. I explained everything in detail, even drew on my phone screen to show the exact shape of the beard and hairstyle. What I got was a complete disaster — the barber disfigured me. I had a great beard shape and plenty of hair, and he shaved everything off, even though I never asked for that. Throughout the entire appointment, I was treated terribly. The barber was extremely careless — he moved my head around roughly and even put his fingers in my mouth during the shave. In short, this barber has zero professionalism. I honestly don’t understand how someone like that was even allowed to work with clients. Now I’ll need at least a month and a half to grow my beard back. To the credit of the shop, I wasn’t charged, and two other barbers tried to fix the result — but the hair is already gone. “Thanks” for wasting three hours of my time. I strongly suggest that the management be much more careful when selecting and testing barbers before allowing them to work with clients. Soy cliente habitual y considero que esta barbería es una de las mejores de Marbella. Mi barbero, Sahara, se fue, y hoy terminé con Shakur. Antes del corte, le mostré fotos con ejemplos de cómo quería que se vieran mi cabello y mi barba. Le expliqué todo con detalle, incluso dibujé en la pantalla del móvil la forma exacta que deseaba para la barba y el corte. El resultado fue un desastre total: el barbero me desfiguró. Tenía una forma de barba muy bien definida y bastante cabello, y él lo cortó todo, aunque nunca se lo pedí. Durante toda la cita el trato fue terrible. El barbero fue extremadamente descuidado, me movía la cabeza bruscamente e incluso me metió los dedos en la boca durante el afeitado. En resumen, este barbero no tiene ningún nivel de profesionalismo. Honestamente no entiendo cómo alguien así fue autorizado a trabajar con clientes. Ahora me va a tomar al menos mes y medio volver a dejarme crecer la barba. Para ser justos, no me cobraron, y dos barberos intentaron arreglar lo que él hizo, pero el daño ya estaba hecho. “Gracias” por hacerme perder tres horas de mi tiempo. Recomiendo encarecidamente que la administración sea mucho más cuidadosa al seleccionar y evaluar a los barberos antes de permitirles trabajar con clientes. Show more
