És la segunda vez que reservo una cita, voy al local a la hora acordada y no está la persona con quien he reservado. Entiendo que puede haber imprevis...tos, pero en 2025, existen los emails y los WhatsApp para poder informar del imprevisto y no hacer perder el tiempo al cliente. En lugar de esto, un trato nada amable del personal y ninguna disculpa. La primera vez, lo achaqué a un despiste, la segunda, es evidente que forma parte de la política de la casa. Show more

Terrible service, he clear didn’t know how to cut my hair on the top, but he also didn’t clean my beard properly, I had to fix it when I got home. It...’s my second time with Renato, both times were terrible. I am never coming back. Show more
