Booked with Kinga as had been going to another local salon but was struggling to get a good haircut with my thick, naturally wavy hair and needed a re...cent particularly bad cut fixed. Very glad I switched. Was able to book a late appointment, ideal around work. Kinga took the time to find out about what I would be able to do with upkeep of my hair but also used her own expertise and knowledge to create a new style. The price was very fair for the service and I will be returning to have it coloured also at a later date which Kinga sensibly reminded me about patch testing of and did this at my first appointment. I appreciated a good cup of tea and the offer of magazine and felt very at ease. It was also helpful to not be pressured into small talk as that's often something I struggle with at other salons.
