Cannot recommend Kieran more! This man knows his stuff and makes sure you get what is needed. After 4 CrossFit comps in 6 week my body was not feeling... great. 2 hours with Kieran and he’s pin pointed my damage in my shoulders and knee, fixed it and educated me on what I need to do! Had a fantastic sports massage by Kieran.I told him about my issues and he found out exactly what was wrong and why I was getting the pain I had. Afte...rwards I felt amazing and the pain in my shoulder has gone and the movement I have is so much better now.
