Thank you for your feedback. We always try to offer new ideas and enhance our customers experience which is why I suggested fading your beard- head shave to a 0.5 which you agreed to. With regards to the ‘shaping’ you had already put hard lines in with a blade which made it impossible to then make ‘natural’ so I simply followed what was there. I feel your review was quite unfair on this occasion and I do hope you consider my points above when you make your next visit to another barbershop. Many thanks.
