First time here, have tried others in the area this was the best. Made me feel welcome and at home. The shop was clean and bright and friendly. Was ea...rly but Ricky was ready so got seen right away. Haircut was spot on, listened to what I wanted and very happy with it. Beard trim was ace. Not found a barber who knows what to do with big beards, and not having a beard himself I was dubious. He talked me through some options and it was the best beard trim I have had. It looks great and he really knew what he was doing. Bought a product as recommended but by no means was I pushed into buying but rather given some advice. I will 100% be going back again. As always I have had a good haircut by Ricky. I was a few minutes early and watched him cut the hair of a very young boy, "only the 5th time he has ha...d his hair cut". Ricky was chatting to the boy and making the lad feel at ease (he was sitting on his fathers lap) and he looked very comfortable with the experience. Ricky explained what he was doing at each stage, showing him the brush he was going to use to brush hair from the back of his neck and round the front and showing him his haircut in the mirror. After a high five with Ricky and receiving a sweet, a very happy young boy left the shop saying "see you again soon". Well done Ricky! Show more
