Soak off BIAB full set

I had a message this morning to ask if I was still coming to the appointment even though it was confirmed through the app . But because o hadn’t respo...nded to messages she presumed I was wasn’t coming unprofessional as far as I’m concerned. I don’t check my phone at 10pm because I was asleep. This was nails not lashes. It wasn’t abrupt replies I explained that I work till 6 and hadn’t checked my phone. I had confirmed on the app that I was coming. I was in the shower when you messaged this morning. And you didn’t ask when was next convenient you said Sunday or Monday and said I can’t as I work full time. I use other people through Booksy . The whole point of the app is to confirm appointments. Not to send messages by text. I’m not in the kind of job where I can sit on my phone all day. I’m on my feet all the time and only check my phone twice if that. Show more

NAILS - I messaged for a confirmation at 6pm the day before and there was no reply so I sent 2 following messages one at 10pm on the night and 9am in the morning to try get a confirmation and there was no reply therefore I assumed it would of been a no show, since I work full time myself I cannot afford for this to happen, and I have a clear and strict policy to prevent this from happening, as this is my job I depend on. I was happy to reschedule the appointment to the following day, or day after or whenever the next available day for you, however I got harsh messages back, and I was sorry for any inconvenience that was caused.

Had the pleasure of getting my eyelashes done and they came out so great! I was so happy with the eyelashes I will defo be back to get them done again...! Lost a lot of lashes within a few days messaged straight away. Sent 3 messages two on text message which is how she communicates if she needs you to a...rrive later and one on Instagram and was ignored. Hi Amy, unfortunately I take all enquiries through the Booksy app now which I have explained before. Due to the volume of messages I get this time of the year it’s impossible to respond to everyone. None of my other clients ever have an issue with retention as proven by my 40+ 5 star reviews. This is an inaccurate review. If you really wanted to get through to me you could have called as you have my mobile number.
