What a fantastic guy! Patience of saint! Took my three year old son who had only ever had one haircut. He was hysterical and scared but Rich managed ...to reassure him and after an almost 20 minute meltdown he was excited to get in the chair. I was very nervous myself going from my baby boy with long curls to getting a big boy cut but Rich did such a stunning job even through a wiggling toddler. Very happy thank you, I don’t think my son will ever be scared to come get a cut again. Show more
