Very disappointed to find I turned up to my appointment I had booked through here and no-one showed up! I tried ringing the number provided on here an...d had no answer and messaged on Instagram and had no answer. I only received a message the next day replying to my Instagram and when I asked about rebooking had no reply. Show more

Dissappointed. I booked highlights, but received a dark brown root colouring. My hair is blonde and grey. While it was developing I asked why it is so... dark, but was brushed aside saying "dont worry it will lighten up". Well it didn't. It looks terrible and I'm embarrassed to go out like this. I will be finding a new hairdresser. Show more

Hi Darryl I’m sorry you feel this way, the base colour is an 8 which is what was used the time before but you now have a slightly bigger root than last time, I’m more than happy to put some hilights through it to break it up again. Feel free to give me a call
