I can't write any review as my appointment did not happen. It was very unfortunate booking from the begging. I had to reschedule it myself at first du...e to chickenpox (which was the only way as it is obvious that no reputable therapists, beautician etc would allowed me into the studio with highly contagious virus disease). When my day of appointment finally came to date I drove over 40 minutes one way only to find studio closed. When I asked if I can get my deposit back I received a response to "not to talk to her like that". Well... I didn't write anything unkind, simply asked if I can get the money back as there was no information given about cancellation. So .. Im taking one star for lack of information about cancellation - it's extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. We can all have some rough time and thats ok. But its really not that difficult and doesn't take much to be considered about others. One because studio was closed when I arrived. One because I had to spend over 1.5hr driving both ways for nothing. One as I don't think I'll ever see my deposit back. I have been treated like it's my fault and I should not even think about my customer rights. As I can see and hear, I'm not the only one. Some people just don't bother to write reviews. Show more
