Highly unprofessional - I recommend you avoid!!! I’m a very reasonable person and have never left a bad review before but the customer service I rece...ived from Rebecca was unacceptable and would hate for any any new clients go to her and receive the same treatment. Initially, she changed my first booking last minute which is fine I understand things crop up and I was happy to reschedule of course. But then she cancelled 2 further times without any message to let me know. It took for me to get to her house and wait around 5 minutes for her then to reply to say she had to cancel. To top it off she then tried to charge me £40 for a Botox top up which she told me multiple times would be free during the consultation, Botox appointment and over message. I wanted her to explain why there’s now a sudden charge for a top up when no other aesthetics place I’ve been too/know of charges for this after having the treatment and she says it’s because masseter Botox is expensive but then why tell me it was free initially? It also is false advertisement as she advertises the Botox top up as free on Booksy. I was still very personable after 3 different times she had to cancel on me but then to try fleece me out of another £40 out of the blue when I’ve already spent a lot of money with her is unbelievable! *this is the abuse I’m being hurled after writing this review Show more

You have told me I’m using my personal life and children as excuse because I had to rearrange and hence I offered a FREE BB glow! I will not tolerate any client posting about my dad who has cancer, posting about my children!! And I won’t tolerate any abuse from anyone. sorry you feel the need to be so cruel and the messages telling me this and that!! I've had her family and friends warn me of this girl and I wish I listened! I only ever had you in once. to all my 5 star reviews, all my reviews on all platforms, and my amazing clients xx SHE CONTINUES COUNTLESS TIMES CHANGING HER REVIEW AND ADDING VARIOUS IMAGES FROM INFORMATION ABOUT MY DAD, MY CHILDREN, WANTS THE WORLD TO SEE HOW I WONT TOLERATE ONE CLIENTS HATE RAGE AND TANTRUM THAT SEEMS TO BE GOING ON FOR DAYS AND ITS BECOMING HARASSMENT, BULLYING, SLANDERING ME AND I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO TAKE IT FURTHER. Becky is literally incredible , never had a micro needle treatment before(bb glow) and i was wondering if it hurt and it just didn't at all , my skin... is smooth and soft and fresh and clean and clearer from one treatment , make sure your not planning much after your treatment as you do need recovery time :) and it's so worth it !
