The atmosphere was very relaxed, I was shown where to sit whilst one of the girls let Courtney know I had arrived. Courtney applied the numbing cream ...before going back to her previous appointment to finish up, while the cream took effect. I went in to the room, Courtney and I spoke about how I wanted my lips doing, before getting started. Courtney was absolutely fantastic and talked me through what she was doing at each step, and also explaining why. Absolutely made up with how my lips look!! 10/10 would recommend. Show more
