Not only were they able to accommodate me d...ue to a few cancellations, but the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Maleeha was incredibly warm and welcoming, taking the time to ask exactly what I wanted before getting started. The attention to detail was amazing, and I was beyond impressed with how gentle the process was—I barely felt a thing! The chair was also the comfiest I’ve ever experienced during a lash appointment, which is a huge bonus because many places can leave you with a sore back. Hi Pauline, sorry about the inconvenience that was caused, this was something that was not in my control, United Utilities water pipe burst and unfortunately flooded the treatment room & therefore it would have been unsafe to carry any treatments out. I did send out the message to you prior to your appointment and did show you the number it had been sent on and you confirmed this was your number, all customers are very valuable to me, once we are back up and running I am prepared to offer you a special incentive, I hope to see you soon, apologies once again ❤️
