Niamh is amazing at her job, however her customer service is really bad, my appointment was cancelled 3 times now, this appointment was supposed to be... for my sister in law for her holiday how she's left with no lashes for the holiday as she cancelled on me on the day. If you don't want to work at a certain time why accept appointments I don't understand I would've went else where. My appointment was at 5:30 but she was posting her availability on her story and that she had 6 pm available on the day she cancelled me, how does that make sense. Will definitely never return as you don't know if you having your lashes done or not. Show more

Hi ya, I am sorry you have received a negative impact for your services. Please feel assured as manager I will be looking into this and ensuring that these things do not happen. Unfortunately sometimes appointments do need to be cancelled and we try at all costs not to do this. However, as we are only human we can't help illness and other hurdles that occur in life.
