Not a good experience. Nails fell off after a couple of days. Let down on 2 appointments then let down on last minute for them to be fixed for a weddi...ng. After your response, it wasn't personal its the way i felt let down. Nothing was explained. The salon is a beautiful place to go. It asked me to be honest i didn't mention names. I would definitely use the salon again, but didn't rhink tou had to reapond as you did, especially as I didn't know what was going on. Show more

Hi Eileen sorry to hear your experience was this bad ! I let you down as my boyfriend was in hospital A&E with a broken ankle as explained and shown you the pictures nails come off due to nail bed being dry and ridged I also tried different builder gels on your nails after this I done next full set for 50% off due to this issue so I wouldn’t ever just leave anyone on the dark for no reason . Refunded your deposit amount also . Thanks for review
