Not a very professional environment. Went for a brow wax and tint which took over an hour! Wasn’t spoken to the whole time i was there - the girl doin...g my brows barely said hello. The wax machine wasn’t even turned on so had to wait 15 minutes before the wax even started but this wasn’t addressed, i just had to lay there in silence. Also not the best results - not awful but i have come away with a cut underneath my eyebrow. Not a very clean environment - the beds were dirty and lots of dead flies in the lights. Sorry, would’ve loved to leave a good review but that was my experience. Hopefully the service can be improved! Show more

Hi Abbie, you booked for a discounted brow wax and tint with an apprentice, which will be why she took longer and was quiet probably with nerves? this was stated on the booking system. Very upsetting review given this is a young apprentices work who was visibly nervous at your appointment and this is such a knock to her confidence. I recommend you don’t book for discounted services at future salons if you are going to judge apprentices' work. We have also checked the cameras, you didn’t have to wait 15 minutes for the wax pot to heat up as it was already hot (we’d just done a brow wax prior), Chloe was trimming the wax strips to fit your brows when you were laid at first. There is always an explanation behind these things if in future you could speak directly with a salon before leaving a negative review , much love 11:11 🤍
