Hello, I’m sorry to see that you’d had issues with your right eye lashes not lifting correctly. But please be advised, before you leave a negative review next time I ask that you let me know of your concern first. Unfortunately I was not informed of your concern during your appointment and had advised you that due to lash glue from previous lash extension application elsewhere it would hinder the treatment. During the service you hadn’t informed me of your disappointment and due to this I could not make any corrections. And sadly due to this situation you have now left my business a bad review which will now impact my reputation, thankfully my clients have always spoken out to me about any issues and I have resolved immediately. I had informed your of contraindications and that the service could be hindered from the lash glue but the service still went ahead. I am disappointed that you have left this review here but also please when you have a negative experience in a salon always speak to your service provider as I’m sure we would always want to help to avoid these situations. I have never had a bad review before and sadly this has bought down my 5* rating that I worked incredibly hard for.
