Darcy I cannot fault you and the facial I had, it was lovely as were you. You were friendly and polite. Good luck with all your future qualifications ...and learning. One star down for the salon itself. The salon is very cold and this was evident as all the staff wear sweatshirts. Some staff presented as a little off, no real welcome at r reception. Lots of shouting and screaming. Felt like no one was in charge or responsible. Could be lovely with a bit of heat and a little more of a professional vibe from more senior staff. Music in reception would also set a nicer ambience. Show more

The Aesthetics Lounge
Thank you for your feedback. All staff members have jumpers as part of their winter uniform. As you can imagine for such a large building it does take a while to heat up and your appointment was first thing. It was also extremely frosty out on Thursday morning and extra heaters had been placed around the area but again takes time. Most staff were in treatment during your visit and we don’t have a full time receptionist unfortunately. Once again thank you for your feedback and I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day
