This 2nd visit wasn’t so good,it seemed like Lottie was in a hurry. I had a cut,balayage,root smudge and blow dry. Well she did it all and when she st...arted blow drying she didn’t ask how I wanted it but that’s okay. It was when I got to the car that I noticed the my root smudge that should have been dark brown was orange and the colour of the balayage was very patchy.I sent Lottie a email and she invited me to go back the next day to correct this. The next day she was very short with me she implied that I had something on my hair that made the hair die not take a number of times. Then she redid the root smudge again without talking very much and being very rough with my hair. There wasn’t much difference this time but she had made me very uncomfortable so I told her it was fine and left. I won’t be going back to her. Show more

Hiya Gabriela, I’m so sorry you felt as though I was being short with you or made you feel uncomfortable I would never want anyone to feel that way. I only asked if you had any product on your roots as I know that root sprays and dry shampoo can impact a colouring service, so I was just trying to get to the bottom of why your colour had gone warm, I was in no way trying to imply it was your fault.
